Read on to find out what we do to ensure your plant arrives safely.

Order

After you place your order, we carefully select the most beautiful plant, pack it securely with packing material, and include a support stake if needed. In the winter, we add a heat pack if it’s cold, so your plant arrives safely and in perfect condition!

Payment

In the Netherlands, you can easily pay with iDEAL, PayPal, or even Bitcoin. For our customers in other European countries, we offer as many popular payment methods as possible, such as PayPal, Bitcoin, Bancontact, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, and EPS. Is your preferred payment option not listed? Feel free to let us know! We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Ship

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. We ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders shipped to countries outside the Benelux region are shipped only on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to prevent plants from spending an unnecessarily long time in transit over the weekend.

Acclimatize

Exclusive plants are often grown under ideal conditions and need time to adjust to their new environment. Once you receive your plant, place it in a bright spot out of direct sunlight, and avoid extreme temperature fluctuations. Leave the plant undisturbed for at least 5–7 days to allow it to acclimate before repotting or fertilizing.

Returns

Since our houseplants are fresh and perishable, the standard 14-day return period does not apply. But don’t worry: we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please feel free to contact us via the contact form—we’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.

Warranty

All our plants are always fresh from the nursery and are therefore of the highest possible quality. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with the quality, we are naturally very sorry to hear that. Please send us a message via the contact form so we can assist you further. If there are no photos of the plants available to share with us, the warranty will be void.

Damaged

Plants are living beings, just like people. It’s perfectly normal for a leaf to lose its luster or get a little damaged from time to time—that’s just part of nature. We carefully inspect every plant before shipping it. If you do receive a plant with a leaf that isn’t perfect, don’t worry—this is a natural occurrence. You can rest assured that your plant is healthy and was chosen with love!
