Privacy-sensitive data or personal data are processed via our webshop. Casa Botanica considers careful handling of personal data to be of great importance. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and secured by us.
In our processing we adhere to the requirements of privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

- limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes;

Casa Botanica is responsible for the data processing. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect and use and for what purpose for the webshop www.plantsome.nl. Process order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your email address, IP address, invoice address, name and address details and payment details. We need these because of the contract we conclude with you. We store this information until your order is completed. We store certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.

We work with certain companies that may receive your personal data mentioned above from us.
To process orders we work together with:
- Our postal company PostNL
- Our payment provider Mollie
Your account
Certain parts of our webshop require you to register first. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We will use this to create an account, which you can log in to with that username and a password of your choice. We use your email address and name and address details for this. We have a legitimate interest in this. We store this information until you close the account. We store this information so that you do not have to fill it in again and again and so that we can contact you in the context of the execution of the agreement. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Contact form
You can use the contact form to ask us questions or make requests. For this purpose, we use your email address or your telephone number, when you fill it in. We do this based on your permission. We store this information until we are certain that you are satisfied with our response.

Location data
If necessary for the service, we may collect location data (GPS) from you. Your permission will be requested at the time.
This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. We have no control over that. So always read the privacy statements of the provider in question.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will not under any circumstances provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand this in the event of a suspected crime).

Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so that you do not have to fill it in every time. But we can also see that you are visiting us again. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
Security
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:
- Access to personal data is protected with a username and password
- After receipt, the data will be stored in a separate, shielded system
- We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which protect all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.
- We keep logs of all requests for personal data

- We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended that you consult this privacy statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
