Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed through the Casa Botanica online store.
Order Processing and Shipping Casa Botanica strives to ship orders within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped exclusively on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
For orders with a delivery address outside the Benelux, these are shipped exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays. This policy is intended to prevent plants from remaining in transit for an unnecessarily long time over the weekend. Casa Botanica is not responsible for any damage caused or quality issues arising from delays at customs or other export companies.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. As soon as the customer enters their address information, the applicable shipping costs for the destination country will be displayed.
Packaging All plants are carefully packed in specially designed boxes lined with protective material. During cold spells, Casa Botanica may add extra protection, such as bubble wrap and, if necessary, a heat pack, to ensure the best possible quality of the plants during transport.
Weather Conditions Since these are living products, Casa Botanica reserves the right to postpone shipment if weather or transport conditions pose a risk to the plant’s health. Casa Botanica does not ship to Finland or Sweden. For other countries, we assess on a case-by-case basis whether shipment is appropriate.
International Shipping Casa Botanica ships to virtually all countries worldwide. For shipments outside the EU or Europe, additional import regulations, customs requirements, or phytosanitary restrictions may apply. The customer is responsible for checking the import regulations of the destination country. Casa Botanica recommends contacting us in advance for shipments outside the EU or Europe.
Combined Orders
If a customer wishes to combine a new order with a previously placed order, this must be noted in the comments section of the new order, along with the previous order number. If combined shipping is possible, Casa Botanica will refund any duplicate shipping costs within 10 business days of shipment.
Preferred Shipping Date
Customers can specify a preferred shipping date in the comments section during checkout. Casa Botanica will try to accommodate this request, but a preferred date is considered a request only and is not a binding delivery date.
