We do our best to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. To prevent plants from being in transit for too long, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders outside the Benelux are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday.

Yes, that’s possible! Email us at support@casa-botanica.com with your order number and what you would like to add to your order. We will send you a payment link and add it as soon as the payment is received.

The customer service is closed on weekends. Messages received over the weekend will be answered as soon as possible on the next business day. This also applies to our social media channels.

Sure! With a valid Chamber of Commerce registration, you can apply for a B2B account through our website.

On the product page of the plant(s) you want to order, add the plant(s) to your cart and fill in the requested information. Choose your preferred payment method and pay for your order. Once we have received the order, you will receive a confirmation via email. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email containing a tracking code.

Yes. Casa Botanica ships to almost all countries worldwide. For shipments outside of Europe, additional import regulations, customs conditions, or phytosanitary restrictions may apply. The customer is responsible for checking the import regulations of the destination country. We advise contacting us in advance for shipments outside of Europe.

Within the Netherlands, you can pay via iDeal and PayPal. For all other European countries, we have offered the most commonly used payment options as much as possible, such as PayPal, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Blik, iDeal/Wero, Klarna, Mobile Pay. If the payment option you prefer is not listed, please let us know, and we can check what the possibilities are.

Yes. You can register your return within 14 days of receipt via support@casa-botanica.com. Since we sell live plants, additional conditions apply. The plant must, if reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging and must not have suffered any damage or loss of value after receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please review our full return policy for all conditions.

Contact us as soon as possible at support@casa-botanica.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we would be happy to see if cancellation is still possible.

As a consumer, you have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt. Additional conditions apply to live plants due to the nature of the product. Depreciation due to careless handling of the plant may be charged. Please check our return policy for all conditions.

If there is transport damage or you have received the wrong plant, please report this within 48 hours of receipt via support@casa-botanica.com. Please include clear photos of:

• the outside of the packaging;
• the inside of the packaging;
• the shipping label;

Based on this, we will assess the report and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or (partial) refund.

When you don't see your order in your account, it means you placed an order while you were not logged in. You will still receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.

During the Live Plant Sale on our website, Instagram, and Facebook, you can preview and order your favorite plant in advance.

Exclusive plants are often grown in ideal conditions and need time to adjust to their new environment. After receiving your plant, place it in a bright spot without direct sunlight, and avoid extreme temperature fluctuations. Allow the plant to rest for at least 5–7 days so it can acclimate before repotting or fertilizing.

It is very important to water your plant according to its needs rather than on a fixed schedule. Otherwise, there is a risk of giving too much and/or too quickly, which a plant really cannot handle. As a handy tool, we sell moisture meters in our webshop. With one moisture meter, you can provide the perfect care for all your plants, as you will never give too much or too little water again. Do you have specific care questions about a particular plant? Feel free to ask our customer service. We are happy to help!

Most exclusive plants naturally grow under the canopy of tropical forests and therefore need a lot of indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can damage the leaves. A spot by an east or west window is ideal. You can use a grow light if there is little daylight.

Wipe the leaf with a soft cloth to remove dust and improve light absorption. Regularly check for aerial roots or root rot. Give aerial roots on climbing plants the chance to develop; they help the plant with moisture absorption.

Repot only after a minimum acclimatization period of 2 weeks. Use a light substrate with sufficient drainage, such as a mix of coconut, perlite, bark, and a bit of potting soil. For some species, a special mix is recommended — we are happy to advise you on that.

Exclusive plants like Anthuriums, Philodendrons, and Hoyas love high humidity (60–80%). A humidifier, air plants nearby, or a bowl of water on the heater can help. Avoid dry, drafty spots.

If there is a green dot next to the photo of the plant that says 'Selected By Angela', it means it is a selected plant and you will receive the plant shown in the photo. In all other cases, you will receive a plant as described in the photo (please note the pot size).

No, unfortunately it is not possible to visit our greenhouse except on open days.

Small damages or a less beautiful leaf are sometimes part of a living plant and are often part of the natural growth process. Every plant is unique. We carefully check all plants before shipping. Is there clear transport damage? Please contact us within 48 hours so we can look for a suitable solution together.

The photos on our site are representative, but because each plant is unique, there may be slight differences in color, shape, and size. For rare specimens, we explicitly mention if it is 'Selected By Angela.'

In winter, we wrap your plant extra well with bubble wrap for insulation. If it's very cold or your plant is going on a long journey, it will receive a heat pack. We do not ship to Finland and Sweden. For other countries, we always check the weather and take no risks. This way, your plant arrives safely and healthily!

At the time of entering your address details, the shipping costs to your country will be visible.

Our plants are carefully packaged in specially designed boxes with protective material and possibly with heat packs. This way, they remain safe and healthy during transport, even over long distances.

Yes. During checkout, you can provide a preferred shipping date in the comments. We will try to accommodate this as much as possible, but a preferred date is a request and not a guaranteed shipping or delivery date.
