Order

After your order, we carefully select the most beautiful plant, pack it securely with cushioning material, and possibly include a stake for extra support. In winter, we add a heat pack if it's cold, so your plant arrives safely and in perfect condition!

Pay

In the Netherlands, you can easily pay with iDEAL, PayPal, or even Bitcoin. For our customers in other European countries, we offer as many popular payment methods as possible, such as PayPal, Bitcoin, Bancontact, ING Home’Pay, KBC/CBC Payment Button, Belfius Direct Net, SOFORT Banking, Giropay, and EPS. Is your favorite payment option not listed? Feel free to let us know! We are happy to look for a suitable solution together.

Shipping

We strive to ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. We only ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. When orders are sent to countries outside the Benelux, they are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday. This is to prevent plants from being unnecessarily delayed in transport over the weekend.

Acclimatize

Exclusive plants are often grown in ideal conditions and need time to adjust to their new environment. After receiving your plant, place it in a bright spot without direct sunlight, and avoid extreme temperature fluctuations. Allow the plant to rest for at least 5–7 days so it can acclimate before repotting or fertilizing.

Returns

Because our houseplants are fresh and perishable products, the legal return period of 14 days does not apply. But don't worry: we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact us via the contact form: we would be happy to find a suitable solution together.

Guarantee

All our plants are always fresh from the grower and therefore of the best possible quality. If you are still not satisfied with the quality, we find that very unfortunate. Please send us a message via the contact form so we can assist you further. If there are no photos of the plants available to be shared with us, the guarantee will be void.

Damaged

Plants are living beings, just like humans. It's very normal for a leaf to occasionally become less beautiful or get a little damaged; that's part of nature. We carefully check each plant before we send it. Did you receive a plant with a leaf that isn't perfect? No worries, this is a natural occurrence. You can trust that your plant is healthy and has been chosen with love!
